SMARTees cheer Talk 'N Text Tropang Texters to victory

SMARTees, led by Chairman Manny Pangilinan and Chief Wireless Advisor Doy Vea, were of full force at the finals of the 2008-2009 PBA Philippine Cup last Wednesday. Filiing the Araneta Coliseum to the rafters, they cheered the Talk 'N Text Tropang Texters all the way to victory, as the team beat the Alaska Aces and became champion.
The win marks another milestone for Talk 'N Text, which recently became the country's second biggest prepaid GSM provider, with over 14 million subscribers.
"The Talk 'N Text story, both of the brand and the basketball team, reinforces the hope that with enough hard work and perseverance, obstacles could be overcome," said Chairman MVP.
